Partners

Elizabeth B. Leete is senior partner in the Hartford firm of Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP, where she limits her practice to immigration law. She is a frequent author and speaker on business immigration, and has led seminars for the Connecticut Bar Association and the University of Connecticut Law School. Ms. Leete received her JD degree from University of Connecticut with highest honors, where she was Administrative Editor of the Connecticut Law Review, and her BA from Wellesley College. She is a former Law Clerk, Connecticut Supreme Court, and is a member and past Chair of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Leete is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Andrew L. Wizner is partner of Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP. He is member of the bar in Connecticut and U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. He received his BS from Georgetown University, studied at Universidad de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, and obtained his JD from Vanderbilt University. He is author of "The World is Changing for Foreign Employees and Their Bosses" and "New Act Provides for More Workers" for the Connecticut Law Tribune. He also wrote an article entitled "Labor Department Changes Visa Regs" for The Connecticut Tech Tribune. He is a contributor to the AILA Immigration and Nationality Law Handbook and to Immigration Practice under NAFTA, publications of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Wizner is a frequent speaker on employment-based immigration topics. He is a Member of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is Chairman of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. His practice is limited to Immigration Law. Mr. Wizner is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Eric Fleischmann is partner of Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP. He represents a wide range of businesses in employment related immigration matters. He obtained his BA, cum laude, from Yale College and his JD from the University of Virginia, where he received first prize in the Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition. He is the author of several recent articles on business immigration, including "Impending Shortage of H-B Professional Workers" for the Connecticut Tech Tribune, "Shattering the Myth of Permanence: Permanent Portability Under AC21" and the related "Agency Alert" for Immigration Law Today. He is a contributor to the AILA Immigration Practice Toolbox and to Immigration Practice under NAFTA, publications of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is a member of both the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He focuses his practice on assisting large multinational companies in bringing high-tech workers from abroad to work throughout the United States. Mr. Fleischmann is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Associate

Pamela D. Lucas Pamela D. Lucas received her BA degree from Princeton University and her JD from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark. Prior to joining the firm, she worked pro bono with the International Institute in Hartford, on asylum and adjustment of status cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review. The Institute is a non-profit organization that provides free legal and social services to immigrants, refugees and their families. She worked for several years as a legislative attorney for the Connecticut General Assembly's Office of Legislative Research. Ms. Lucas also has been an instructor in the Legal Research and Writing Program at the Western New England College School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Gale S. Kosto 
Gale S. Kosto is of counsel to Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP. She represents a range of business and individual clients in immigration matters. She is a member of the bar in Connecticut and U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. She received her BA from Smith College, her MA from Yale Graduate School, and her JD from the University of Connecticut. She is member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her practice is limited to Immigration Law.

Harmon Leete 
Harmon Leete is of counsel to Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, he is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.  He has practiced business and corporate law with concentration in the area of government contracts and high-technology international trade and commerce involving transactions between U.S. companies and government entities in Europe, the Far East, Australia, South American and the Middle East.

Shelagh O'Neill 
Shelagh O'Neill is of counsel to Leete, Kosto & Wizner, LLP. Born in New York City, she earned her baccalaureate degree at Manhattanville College and St. Joseph College, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut.
